Been taking a look back at a great project with a great client. Building approval is imminent. We started a few years back. Then that word - departures grabbed our attention. I have to say the Zoning Scheme could do more for property owners as the scheme doesn't really cater for steep sites. My client cant even access his property without triggering a departure.
